I rented a property from Manning Stainton at Moortwon. The application process was smooth and everything digital reducing waste and time. They were also very responsive to my quries. Tom was my point of contact, and despite some unintentional delays due to mainteance issues, he was professional and very helpful.I have now moved to my current address.

Paulina Gluszek from the North Leeds letting office was really helpful and answered any questions we had. We were kept up to date all throughout our application and Paulina even helped us to arrange for us to collect the keys 2 days earlier than first planned. This meant Paulina had to amend our letting agreement but it was not too much trouble for her.

Tom was very helpful throughout the process of renting our first property. He explained everything clearly and worked efficiently and professionally to ensure we had a quick move- thank you!

Louis Craggs has been fantastic since I moved into my new property. I had a few issues which needed to be addressed and he handled the with the upmost professionalism and also very quickly! All issues have now either been resolved or those which have not, I am given frequent updates which gives me peace of mind knowing they are being dealt with. Louis is very approachable and very informative as well. I have full confidence in Louis as my dedicated property manager. Thank you for being so efficient :)
