Please be assured that we follow a strict referencing procedure for all property applications to ensure the property is affordable to the tenant and to protect our landlords valuable assets (there are occasions where constraints placed by mortgage companies have stricter policies than others, amongst other constraints placed by leasehold properties). I understand our team at Swansea did explain the process to you on several occasions and that unfortunately in this instance we were unable to proceed with your application. Good morning, Its such a shame to hear that you are having issues getting through to our Swansea sales team now also. Just to confirm the Swansea number is 01792 646060 (option 1 for sales) or you could email them directly on sw@dawsonsproperty.co.uk. I have spoken with the manager Kerry who confirms whilst they are receiving a high volume of calls at present due to the current situation we have not received any messages from you directly to be able to call you back. Whilst we had issues previously when you were unable to contact our Morriston team these have been resolved so would really appreciate if you could provide us with some feedback as to what happens when you call either number and when you left a message so we can ask our IT team to look into this.
