I must sincerely commend the entire team of Belvoir (Swansea-Marina) who from the beginning of our interest to rent an apartment were very professional in conducting the inspection (viewing). Secondly, while we had moved in and had a couple of issues with the property, the offered helpful advice and encouragement until the end of our tenement. Finally, I like to specifically appreciate Gina and Julie, who were very instrumental to the process and procedure of recovering our initial deposit, as everything was acted professionally and timely.

Joe helped me find my dream flat and made the process easy!
