When I was looking for somewhere to rent I'd tried a few agents with very disappointing results. Then someone recommended Belvoir, so I gave them a call. What a difference. They understood what I was looking for, showed me a couple of properties, one of which was perfect, and that's where I'm now living. Ask for Arwel. He was brilliant!
