Great team. They are open for our littlest requests and keep us up to date regarding the state of our flat. Sure sometimes communications breakdown which is both sides fault. The only error they made is sending a laundry machine handyman back and had their own handy man install it while ours had instalment included. They were very professional about it deposited the difference back. Even with this, I love the team and surely looking forward to expand our portfolio with them. The only thing we would like is a more detailed report of how many people had viewed the property each week (when on the market). Personally, I know Belvoir is handling it so I can live with it.

The Belvoir team were absolutely amazing managing through the sale of our property in Dunvant. It was a tricky sale with us not being around. The team took care of everything. Went above and beyond. And were very targeted in finding the right buyer for us. We exchanged and completed within a couple of weeks of the offer being agreed. All managed by Belvoir. Next level service and an example set to all other agents we've worked with over the years. Couldn't be happier.

Wonderful letting experience.

Mellissa was brilliant from the first contact all the way up to the final contract signing, regular emails and updates to keep us in the know! My only issue is a passed problem that they seem to have fixed, I had tried multiple times in the past to get viewings and never received any communication, I tried for 3/4 properties back in 2023. Just happy they have now got it all sorted and we had a really smooth process.

Belvoir marketed my property efficiently and professionally and achieved a sale very promptly. Their valuation was on target. Terry was helpful in pursuing the sale with the solicitors and ultimately pushing to complete the sale. Belvoir also managed the tenancy in the property prior to the sale and the various people I dealt with in the office were always professional despite some difficult times during the pandemic.
