Great experience renting from Belvoir from viewing to confirmation of tenancy in under 4 days and move in within another week. Arwel kept me informed all the way along the process and all documentation was clear and easy to understand at a time when the rental market is crazy busy. Would recommend.

Belvoir were excellent from start to finish. Kirsty and James at the Sketty office are so thorough, friendly and professional. From showing us around the property, to making an offer, and queries up to exchange/completion, they were prompt and helpful. Our vendors had contracted them but we were still made to feel like important customers and the gift box when picking up the keys is such a lovely touch. They were in stark contrast to who we sold with sadly so I'm able to make a real comparison. Will be recommending Belvoir to friends and family.

Fantastic experience with Vicki from start to finish. She was so attentive and cared about our property purchase as if it was her own. We were kept up to date at every stage and also received great joined up service with Carina ( who was great!) and Faye. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vicki and the team for any purchase or sale.
