Great experience with this letting company, after losing a property purchase on day of exchange we decided to rent for a bit. We moved from Sussex to Wales and Belvoir helped us through this difficult time. All the checks were done quickly and the communication was excellent. The bit that shone for me was when we collected the keys. Normally completed in the office, I said that I would have just driven five hours, have a trailer and two dogs in the car, Arwell said he would meet me at the property instead of the office. This was perfect, just what I wanted to hear. A massive thank you from me.

As a Landlord of a recently vacated property, Gina Davey has been really proactive in managing the remedial works which required undertaking and ensure this charge is applied correctly where necessary against tenant deposit scheme. Gina has managed the sub contractors and has communicated regularly so I am kept in the loop and her efficient approach has minimised the timescales this remained empty . Nothing is too much trouble and her support has been great and very much appreciated.

The service we received from Arwel Rees during a recent tenancy changeover was exceptional. We were kept informed throughout the process and received sound advice at every stage. He even took phone calls on his day off to resolve some of the minor issues, to ensure that the process ran smoothly throughout. All of the stress, related to tenancy changeovers, is taken away by Arwel???s calm manner and diligent approach to all aspects of the tenancy.
