Viewed a number of properties with Belvoir (with Chris). He was a breath of fresh air, knew his brief and was candid and honest. Resulted in an offer being placed. This is obviously a review as a buyer - but I would not hesitate to use him/Belvoir to sell a property for me in the future.

Fantastic service

I have let my property with Belvoir for many years, and have always had amazing service from Julie. This time around I'm doing things differently and Belvoir have let the property for me and I am going to manage it myself. It turns out the whole team at Belvoir are amazing. Greg was fab, no messing, no time wasting and a new tenant was found super fast, and the rest of the team, Arwel and whoever else may have been involved, got the new tenants is and all paperwork sorted with th eutmost efficiency. A great job and this is a genuine 100% recommendation 😃
