I have let my property with Belvoir for many years, and have always had amazing service from Julie. This time around I'm doing things differently and Belvoir have let the property for me and I am going to manage it myself. It turns out the whole team at Belvoir are amazing. Greg was fab, no messing, no time wasting and a new tenant was found super fast, and the rest of the team, Arwel and whoever else may have been involved, got the new tenants is and all paperwork sorted with th eutmost efficiency. A great job and this is a genuine 100% recommendation 😃

We can’t thank Louise Davies at Belvoir Sketty enough for all her help in getting us into our first home. The process ended up taking 8 months due to being stuck in a chain, but Louise was incredible throughout. She kept us updated every step of the way, often going above and beyond and acting almost like our solicitor at times! They are very good at their job at keeping in touch via email and telephone and giving updates and feedback on viewings …don’t expect this level of professionalism and service from every estate agent…as Not all Estate Agents are the same …Belvoir Sketty deserve a 5 star review .

Struggling to find our next home and doing so many viewings with so many different agents but I look forward to the ones with Emma! She is most proactive of all the local agents. Always so informed about the properties, she helps you to envisage your life in the house. And if it's not right she'll suggest alternative properties and discuss possible alternative areas. I really feel that she's there to help and would use her for any property sale too!
