Fantastic service
I have let my property with Belvoir for many years, and have always had amazing service from Julie. This time around I'm doing things differently and Belvoir have let the property for me and I am going to manage it myself. It turns out the whole team at Belvoir are amazing. Greg was fab, no messing, no time wasting and a new tenant was found super fast, and the rest of the team, Arwel and whoever else may have been involved, got the new tenants is and all paperwork sorted with th eutmost efficiency. A great job and this is a genuine 100% recommendation 😃

Landlords use Belvoir and avoid the rest
I recently switched over to Belvoir to manage my property. I dealt with Arwel, Greg, and many of the team. All gave a fantastic service, great communication and advice throughout the process. The advert for the property was perfect and the professional photographs used to make the advert really helped bring out the strengths of the property. Within 3 days of the property going on the market, I had multiple viewings and multiple offers. The minor maintenance I requested to be done with on the property was expedited quickly and with realistic priced quotes received. I highly recommend Belvoir

Very satisfied customer
I was most grateful to be introduced through my solicitor to Belvoir Estate Agents - Sketty. I found all the team very professional on every level in marketing and selling the property. As you may know when selling a property there are frustrating little problems that appear, I had a few and was very grateful that Urszula was always on hand to sort things out very quickly and with a happy attitude. Amazing service and a lesson to all other agents
Louise and the team at Belvoir Swansea were absolutely amazing managing through the sale of our property in Dunvant. It was a tricky sale with us not being around. The team took care of everything. Went above and beyond. And were very targeted in finding the right buyer for us. We exchanged and completed within a couple of weeks of the offer being agreed. All managed by Belvoir. Next level service and an example set to all other agents we've worked with over the years. Couldn't be happier.

Success from a tricky situation
Louise and Jackie did an excellent job of holding what should have been a short and simple chain together to a successful conclusion for all. Part of the problem was caused by a storm derived leak to our roof and the agents did an excellent job of keeping the deal alive and encouraging everyone to keep going. Whwnever required the agents responses were quick, tactful and considered. Thank you.
