I can't recommend enough the service I have received from Julie, Callum & Gemma at the Auction team in Walters Rd. I inhereted my mother's house, in February I met with the team and decided auction was the best way forward. , the auction was arranged for April 22nd. Not knowing this pandemic was ahead. The team worked so hard and the auction still went ahead online. It sold at 12pm yesterday and over my reserved price. I can not thank the team enough for there professional, kind and sensitive way that they went above & beyond in these times. Highly recommended and auction is the way to go. Found Viv and Kelly to be first class in assisting me with the purchase of an apartment on the Marina. Due to these two I will most definitely use Dawsons again.

Went above and beyond....

We were fortunate to find a buyer via word of mouth, so we didn't have an estate agent ourselves. Unfortunately, our Buyers Solicitor and Our Solicitor were extremely slow, and I constantly had to chase them for an update - my phone calls would usually go unanswered. We purchased an apartment through Dawsons, and we were very impressed with their efficiency. We were able to view the apartment twice in a week, when we wanted to, On top of that, Lisa, Kelly and Viv always answered my emails, and answered my phone calls & queries as soon as they could. Without them chasing the Solicitors up for me ( something they did not have to do for us since they weren't involved in the Sale of our house ) the move would have taken twice as long. I knew I could rely on them to help out and give advise. My father and I cannot thank them enough for their help, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
