Couldn't have asked for better
Tom was absolutely fantastic. Very attentive, very information, and during such a stressful time, he actually put us to ease a lot more than our actual solicitor. Brilliant experience, would definitely recommend.

A five star service from five star staff.
Tom Newport and Sally Whetton from the Swadlincote branch of Newton Fallowell worked really hard to improve matters on the purchase of my new property, which at times became quite fractious and stressful. They kept me constantly updated and provided professional and efficient communications between myself and the vendor. They also helped to chivvy up the somewhat poor solicitor who was acting for my vendor. If I was selling a property in the local area, I would seek out Tom and Sally without reservation. Brilliant service, thank you so much.

Excellent service
We cannot thank Sally and the team enough at Newton Fallowell Swadlincote. After having a very stressful experience throughout our house moving journey from the start, we were 3rd time lucky with buying our beautiful new house through NF and Sally filled us with reassurance from day 1 and made us feel like we were her only customer and did everything she could to get is moved as quickly as possible.

Best service
Service was above and beyond, nothing was to much trouble and Sally was fantastic sorting my sale out. Always at the end of the phone if you needed them. Great service would highly recommend them.

Very friendly and professional service.
We found the Newton Fallowell staff very friendly and very very helpful. There was no problem that Sally and her staff could not / did not resolve. We cannot praise them enough and would have no reservations in recommending them to everybody buying or selling their property.

House Sale
