I spent quite a while looking for a flat to rent around Four Oaks and Sutton Coldfield. Without question, Belvoir were by far and away the best agents I contacted. They answered the phone and responded to emails, which most of the others didn't. Justin did a great job with the viewing I had, was on time and answered all my questions there and then. Emily was also a breath of fresh air and very on the ball, dealing with all the paperwork. She even liaised with the landlord so that I could get broadband set up for the day I moved in.
