I had great experience working with Natalie because she was: - punctual - very nice - proactive. Although we were going to see only one appartment, she also suggested seeing another one 2 min away. Both appartment Swede exactly what I was looking for. - responsive. She was answering calls and emails even during the weekend. - efficient. She managed to show 2 apartments with all the details in less than 30min. She was very considerate about the fact that I am on schedule and need to go back to work. Most importantly, when the landlord came back with the offer that was out of my budget that we discussed initially, Natalie made and extra push and negotiated it back to the price I wanted on my behalf. I really appreciated this extra effort, because this appartment was exactly what I was looking for from quality, distance from work, available dates standpoints.

I have recently used Madleys to secure a flat, Natalie was great, she got all the information I requested over to me promptly. She kept in contact and I have to say that she made sure I got the apartment I wanted and I would recommend her without a doubt!

My partner and I have just completed a contract re-assignment on a new-build and Madley Property are the company we used. Initially, it was a different company I was due to view the property with, but Lloyd at Madley contacted me and explained that he's very familiar with the building we were interested in, so I decided to view it with Lloyd instead. We’re first time buyers and very unsure of the contract re-assignment process, Lloyd answered all of our questions and showed a real willingness to show us the area and the specifics of the new-build. We felt he spoke very candidly and honestly about everything which built up a level of trust, we eventually made an offer which was accepted. Lloyd’s manager Matt then became our main contact going forward and he has been great in keeping us updated and acting as the link between all of the parties involved. At one point we had a few concerns with an aspect of the new-build and Matt took it upon himself to find out the answer and allay our concerns in a quick and professional way. Overall, we’ve received excellent service from Lloyd and Matt at Madley and would be happy to recommend the company to friends and family.

Natalie was very helpful and diligent in working with me to help find a place to rent that I would like. She was very quick to respond and was always on-hand to answer questions and take calls. She suggested a number of additional properties including the property that I eventually got, despite some initial teething problems.
