Victoria in lettings is excellent. No matter how busy she is or how many accounts she is dealing with she always manages to deal with our queries and issues quickly and in a professional and personal manner. Our properties are fully managed which gives us peace of mind with the service that our tenants and ourselves receive. If Victoria is not available the rest of the team always do there utmost to help in the same professional and personal manner. We chose Peter Heron to sell our home after noticing so many yellow 'sold' signs. After putting our house on the market it was sold within 2 days. Michael Ford, Manager of Fawcett Street handled both the sale and purchase of our new home. Although the purchase side didn't go as smoothly, this was no reflection on PH. Michael chased solicitors, liased with both buyer and vendor and kept me updated via email and phone. It was quite stressful at times so it was a relief all round when we finally completed.
