Very impressed with their superb local area knowledge and experience. This was invaluable to me. Very professional and great customer service, always quick to reply to my messages. They are friendly and, as a first time landlord, they explained everything really clearly to me answering all of my questions. This experience was above and beyond any other letting agent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Lived in a property ‘managed’ by Martin and Co for 9 months now, had a broken boiler the day we moved in reported it the next day after the boiler only got fixed in March so we were 6 months without a working boiler with no working hot water or heating over the winter months too, there was an electrical fault what was noticed by the electric company which led to us having a £1,300 electric bill which then Martin and Co refused to sort. Still not sorted after 9/10 months into the property, I’ve asked to speak to the owners of the branch Juli & Cris for 9 month still never heard from them yet! None of them have a clue or know any laws behind the business! STAY AWAY FROM THEM THE STRESS AND ANXIETY THIS HAS PUT ME THROUGH THE LAST 9 MONTH IS UNBELIEVABLE! and then to top it off this is the mes we’ve been left with ...
