Big big thanks!

Looking to buy a house for my parents, I called every agent only to not get a call back or just pushed and pushed to see their mortgage consultant, even though we don't need a mortgage to buy. Ewemove were a total breath of fresh air. Jack was amazing and spent loads of time running through places that we can view. We would recommend anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated estate agent in Strood/Rochester to use EweMove. EweMove ensured that we were able to sell our house at a decent price enabling us to secure the house we really wanted to move to. When EweMove really came into their own was later in the selling process when our chain fell down. EweMove immediately put the house back on the market and found us a new buyer at the same price by that weekend. As the chain fell down quite late in the process and our mortgage offer had a cut off EweMove ensured everyone in the chain got all the necessary paperwork done in time to allow us to move in time. This got pretty close to the wire but EweMove made sure all the clogs in the system were running. In the weeks leading up to the move I was in almost daily communication with Jack and John and without their hardwork, commitment and chasing of everyone in the chain I don’t think we would have moved in time for our mortgage cut off. I switched to EweMove after being disappointed with another agent. The difference was amazing. I especially found the levels of communication to be just right. They let me know in advance when viewings would be, gave feedback on them where appropriate. I was not living at the house and felt comfortable trusting them with keys. (One time Jack was even kind enough to read the meters for me when the utilities company were nagging me for them). If I lived locally I would go to them first next time I needed to sell a house. They were not only much better than the first agency I used this time but also better than all those I've used in the past 35 years.

John and Jack provided an excellent service from start to finish. Not pushy like other agents and achieved an excellent turnout to the open days for our house and a very good sale price. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

To say i am impressed is somewhat of an understatement! We were visited by Sally, who was most friendly and professional, she gave us the confidence we needed, to convince us that using a somewhat unfamiliar agency would be a good choice for us. She was not wrong, the valuation was spot on, the photographs and the the hours she spent making sure that everything looked just right were invaluable. Our home was launched just the way she said it would be, on Rightmove, Zoopla & On the Market, the board was erected and a couple of days after the viewings came - even better for us, is that we went out with the dogs and she took care of the viewings. Our home is now sold to a lovely family and i can honestly say that the communication, advice and service has been spot on. I have had no false promises, everything i was told actually happened - so refreshing to experience. I would shout from the rooftops for this company and they didn't charge a fortune either ! :)

My house move was the first in 30 years, during which time much has changed, not least the advances in technology. John helped me through every stage with patience, good humour and great advice backed up by a wealth of knowledge. This took much of the stress out of the process for which I am very grateful. The moment John came round we felt that we were in safe hands. He explained the process of the sale with regard to viewing, costs and the legal side of the transaction. Jack was the agent who showed the prospective buyer's around. The viewings went very smoothly with us taking the dog out while Jack conducted them. When the house was sold, we were told we needed certain safety certificates. John pointed us in the right direction and advised us as to what we needed to do.
