EweMove Stratford – Mo Ahmed I had an amazing experience with Mo and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I had previously marketed the flat with a known high-street agent and they did not attract any interest. I was very disheartened, as I thought my flat was not sellable (even though it was a very nice flat). When I decided to remarket the flat, I contacted EweMove. During our valuation meeting, Mo clearly understood my needs, expectations and timelines. He gave me very valuable tips on how to present the flat, and the photographer that works with him made wonderful photos. He managed to get several offers over the asking price in just a couple of weeks! Mo is very responsive throughout, always at easy reach by phone, text or email. He followed the sale process, and was very helpful when difficulties arised. Based on my experience, I feel smaller state agents are actually better as they can focus on a smaller portfolio of properties. It is likely that big chains favour some properties over others, and actually do little work for the ones they are not a priority. I am obviously not moving home any time soon, but I would definitely consider his services again.
