I had previously marketed the flat with a known high-street agent and they did not attract any interest. I was very disheartened, as I thought my flat was not sellable (even though it was a very nice flat). When I decided to remarket the flat, I contacted EweMove. During our valuation meeting, Mo clearly understood my needs, expectations and timelines. He gave me very valuable tips on how to present the flat, and the photographer that works with him made wonderful photos. Based on my experience, I feel smaller state agents are actually better as they can focus on a smaller portfolio of properties.
