Its definately not been an easy journey with the mortgage providers. But today, i am completing a purchase of a 4 bedroom house in Stoneleigh. I have been overly impressed with Kevin and Matt's professionalism and have really worked so hard to chase all the participants involved in making this completion work. i have heard that the vendors were giving Kaybridge alot of grief, due to the delays upto exchange, but they have been understanding, resilient , and really kept their communication channels open and "on the ball" As i am running a local architectural practice, i do know many of my clients dealing with purchases with different local agents in Stoneleigh and Worcester Park.
