My property was put on the market for sale in January and was sold in the first week of June. Chris from Kaybridge Estate Agents visited my house and confidently assured me that he would sell my house at the asking price quickly. Initially, I was skeptical about how this would be achieved. However, about four weeks time, I was informed that someone had made an offer on my property. Chris was highly productive and helped navigate a few obstacles during the sale process. True to his word, Chris sold my property as he had promised from the beginning. I was amazed by his expertise and skills. We had really nice experience working with Kaybridge. I cannot express my gratitude for the service I have received by Chris, From the beginning until the end . Their hard work and the stress they have taken on the behalf of us is impressive. We have gone through a lot of challenges but Chris and our Mortgage advisor Surabi have made it 100+ easier. I would definitely recommend a great Mortgage advisior Surabi who was so helpful for every single situation. There are no words to convey my thankfulness to Chris and Surabi.

Kaybridge Residential Letting Agency responded promptly at initial contact. After registration their letting agent Nick Marciano booked viewing in my time of availability which was very helpful . I felt valued as well as my time . When we met at the property he was prepared,organised ,talked professionally but at the same easy to approach which made me feel confident to discuss any inquiry. Nick & Jason couldn’t be more amazing start to finish! Chased solicitors and kept us informed throughout the process. Checked in to make sure we’d moved successfully. Recommended a great mortgage advisor who also couldn’t have been more thorough and helpful. Nick took the reigns and negotiated a purchase price on the house we were buying too and they both handled my many stress rants with the upmost professionalism (even when my mum yelled & she’s scary) We 100% made the right choice in choosing Kaybridge to represent our sale and will recommend to anyone.
