Sadly, we had to sell our dad's house as part of probate. We needed someone we could trust, who we could leave everything with. Kevin and his team at Kaybridge took care of everything for us during the process. They negotiated on our behalf and got us the best price with the least stress. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
