What a simply fantastic Company and Agent in Kelly Pepper. Belvoir was one of three companies invited to sell our property. They were ???head and shoulders??? above the other local Estate Agents, and did we make the right move with choosing this company. From the moment that Mrs Pepper walked into the house, she showed huge confidence in the prospective sale of the house. She detailed all the costs, terms and conditions, and how she anticipated the viewings etc would be undertaken. All arrangements made by her, including the obtaining of the Energy Certificate, came to fruition exceptionally quickly and easily, making the entire procedure stress and hassle free. The entire process has taken four months to complete from the first visit to sale completion. (A large proportion of which was taken up by legal requirements) Mrs. Pepper kept us ???up-dated??? almost on a daily basis, with fantastic advice and clarity. We cannot thank enough, Belvoir Agents and particularly Kelly Pepper, for the fantastic customer service and professionalism, whilst selling our house. Fantastic experience with the Belvoir team - Sinead, Sandra, Julie, Jess and co. They were extremely helpful and responsive and worked as a team so I didn't have to wait if somebody was off the desk. Managed to get me moved into a new rental place within 10 days of finding it on the Belvoir website. Would definitely work with again.
