From start to finish the staff at Belvoir could not be faulted - the sale was handled with the highest level of professionalism and all communications were dealt with efficiently. I had no doubts at any point that I had chosen the right agents - even when prospective buyers were problematical the team at Belvoir did their best to keep the processes moving and, of course, in the end the sale went through smoothly. Had an amazing experience buying through belvoir! They were super friendly and contactable at all times. I even got email replies on a Sunday! Wow! They sounded so excited when they called me to say my offer had been accepted! The communication was so key with me struggling to get any communication out of my solicitor! They updated me on the process and as a first time buyer this was crucial.
