I’ve rented with Northwood for 6 years - they helped me to get a home with my dog in a difficult situation, and worked around me not having any rental history with other references & financials which allowed me to have a home which I love to be safe & happy in. I get quite anxious and so I’ve always found the lead up to house inspections difficult even though they go fine when they happen, because of having a stranger in the house. However as of Kye taking over the house inspections side I’ve found this much easier, as he’s really friendly and approachable and understands completely that people might find the process invasive, and so instantly tries to put you at ease. I feel far less stressed out in the lead up and more confident about maintenance issues.

I had my inspection with Kye Beech from northwood and i was very impressed with his customer service skills. Kye is always very polite, caring and listens to me with any questions or concerns I have about my tenancy inspection if I have any repairs that need chasing up. I always feel safe and reasurred when Kye does my property inspecrions and he is very professional and kind and my dog especially likes to say hello when Kye visits which is very good that my dog also feels comfortable.

Having rented with Northwood for a couple of years, they’ve generally been great to deal with. Now we can have physical inspections, we have the joy of having Kye visit for the regular inspections. He’s polite, cheerful and listens to our needs. Great job guys.
