I have been renting out a property in the Stirling area through Martin & Co for about 10 years. Their service has always been excellent. They carry out regular checks, they carry out all routine tasks like PAT testing, gas safety cert, tenancy renewal, and have a good and generally value for money network of tradesmen for repair and maintenance issues. Communication has always been excellent. I live abroad, but renting out a property in Scotland through Martin & Co really has been trouble free. I would highly recommend them.

Have managed several of my own properties in Hillfoots area for the last 17 years but found getting properties rented quickly with low risk tenants difficult. Martin and Co with their database of prospects and access to prime marketing sites like Rightmove and S1 properties have solved this problem. I sometimes also struggled to get good trades people to turn up quickly. Again with their volume buying power Martin and Co have greatly improved the backup for my tenants. Also found it very hard not to be compassionate and let tenants away with a rent payment if they were struggling. I have only been using Martin and Co for a year but am hoping their more thorough vetting of tenants ability to pay and firm payment management will more than pay for their commission.

We've used Martin and Co Stirling on a number of occasions now, dealing mostly with Rosie the letting lady whom we found to be really good, nice and very efficient - we had a few things we needs help with and she was great. Defo continue to use.

I moved permanently with my family from another country. We are very happy that we have entrusted Rose Williams to find us a property to rent as our main residence, and a few months later, a property to buy to let. Rosie was always very patient with us, as coming from another country we always bombarded her with questions which she always answered in a polite and a professional manner. When Rosie found the ideal 'buy to let' for us, she introduced us to Allan, (branch manager) who helped us in the purchase of the apartment. Before the exchange of missives Rosie had already found us a tennant, so that no time was lost to start receiving rent ASAP. After our experience with Martin & Co we have entrusted them to manage our property,and to date it is going well.
