Martin and Co really helped me out with finding a flat that I loved. They were also really supportive and helpful when I had to move out due to unforeseen circumstances as well. Only been with the Stirling branch of Martin and Co for a short time, however during this time they have been really good, a very professional service. The staff are great with absolutely no issues. They had a tenant for my property in a short space of time with no hassle. Very good service,. We moved up from London so the viewing, offer process and most of the arrangements had to be over the phone or email - Kara & Pauline made this really easy with there quick response time, clear communication and patience with newbie questions. They made the process as pain free as possible and we received a warm friendly welcome when we met in person to collect the keys. We really couldn't have asked for more!

Me and my two friends were saved by Martin & Co when they took over as our letting agents in Stirling. Unfortunately they were lumbered with our problems from the previous property management but were so attentive and helpful with every need. Danielle Wallace and the whole team were amazing; answering every email when they could, logging and fixing maintenance swiftly and making sure we were safe and warm.
