Very Professional and Friendly

The estate agent I met was very friendly and professional, she took the time to explain everything concerning the property as well as some preliminary conditions for renting the property. She also gave me a tour of the facility and shared details on the kind of furniture to consider if I am offered the place.

Great!

Kara has been a great help - she allowed us to view each room and then answered our numerous questions. She was welcoming and friendly on our arrival, professional and knowledgeable. She has left us with a great impression on the estate agency and hope to deal with her again.

Pleasant experience

Karen and Lewis were very friendly, polite and respectful of our home when conducting a property inspection. Made a refreshing change. While the property is our landlords, it is very much our home and it was nice that the staff were so considerate of this.

Great service

Just recently moved into a property under Martin & co, property manager Pauline Wilson has been nothing but amazing. The whole operation was a breeze with the work from the team, it felt that easy that there was no stress around the whole moving in process for myself and my flat mate.

Would recommend

Recently moved into a property under Martin & Co, my property manager Pauline Wilson has been outstanding, her level of communication with myself and my flat mate has been fantastic and she is always quick and on the ball to reply to our emails or our concerns. Pauline is also our middle man who communicates with the landlord which is a huge help for us.

Fantastic letting experience with highly efficient agents

This was my second ever time renting and Martin & Co made me realise how poor my previous agent had been. From the moving in experience all the way through to my checkout they were informative, helpful and clear even when maintenance issues arose they were all dealt with promptly. I was contacted within 24 hours of leaving the property with a deposit proposal and had 95% of it back in my account before the week ended leaving me with only a high recommendation for anyone else wanting to rent in the future.
