Brilliant Estate Agency
Before I signed up with Cowlings I had a very bad experience with my tenants. Now, I rely on Kevin and his team to find the best tenants for me. I have even recommended them to my best friend and she is very happy with the service she is getting.

Cowlings
The property that Kevin and his team act as my agent was my first as a landlord and they have been excellent in the guidance and assistance they have given me. I have had the property for 3 years now and during that time the team have managed the property to a very high level and advised and directed me in the right direction when any problems have arisen with the property. We would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs help in managing a property but without the hassle of having to do it themselves, they are highly professional and have made it much easier for us they always go above what they have to and always try to make it a positive experience for the landlord & the tenant.

Long Relationship
I have been with Cowlings since they first opened over 3 years ago now. We used them to find our rental property in Letchworth and also to fully manage our rental property in Great Ashby. Have always found Kevin and his team honest, easy to talk to and very efficient when dealing with finding tenants, managing the property, payments and all other general matters. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great Local Estate Agent
Great estate agent with good local knowledge, honest and very easy to deal with. Cowling Estate Agents look after several of my rented property's on a fully managed basis. They take all the time, stress and worry out of finding quality tenants which allows me to carry on with my business safe in the knowledge that they are taking care of everything.
