Had my house for sale with 2 agents, Stonebridge found quality buyers who were willing to pay what it’s worth and not send just anyone round to make very low ridiculous offers like the other agent who I won’t name. Steve dealt with the initial after sale and was helpful and always rang me back. Then the fantastic Sally took over!! She’s a credit to the team and never gave up on what was to become a very frustrating drawn out sale due to other peoples incompetence. She consistently chased all parties which without her I don’t think it would of happened! Sally constantly kept me informed and responded to emails at all hours of the day (I don’t think she sleeps :-)!!) I do not plan on moving ever again but would highly recommend! Where do I start about how amazing and helpful Stoneridge Estate Agents were?! My house was up for sale on two separate occasions and with numerous different agents the first time round, we had no offers so gave up. The second time we were up for sale for over 4 months with purple bricks. We had many viewers but zero offers! We then approached Stoneridge to see what they could offer us and do to help? We had always heard so many good things and with James & Steve's professionalism, knowledge and hard work. it proved to us the good things we had heard were true, as they managed to get us a sale for asking price within 3 weeks!!! I feel like I have to write this review as although Stoneridge were not our estate agents the team there went above and beyond in facilitating our house move. Steve was our initial contact and then Sally Battle took over the reins. Sally kept me informed all the way through the process and was amazing (often replying to my night time emails when she was not at work!) She was exceptional at being an intermediary between all the parties and I think that without her assistance we wouldn't have got where we are today. Although not living in our bungalow during Covid selling it from a distance left me with a sense of dread but being referred to James via a friend I needn't have been concerned.....Once Terms were agreed James organised a Virtual Tour & an EPC, a For Sale sign erected and the property was advertised on the open market. Not living in the area James also suggested a local Solicitor to handle the conveyancing who was also excellent......A Purchaser was swiftly secured, Price agreed and contracts exchanged and finally Completion.......All handled in a very Positive & Professional manner.........6 Months from start to finish.......Job done, no complaints which is all you can ask for as a seller!
