It was lovely to deal with Gemma. She helped us throughout the renting process and clear all the hurdles. We were renting after nearly 8 years and process was very new for us. But lucky us, that Gemma took us through it. We called her nearly each day till the end and she replied to all our messages and even emailed her on her day off. She’s no doubt such a gem. Good Estate Agents at Stanmore. Irina Valeva the Sales Manager was very helpful, professional, supportive, quick responsive, flexible. Dean Manandhar a Sales Negotiator was informative during our viewings. Overall we had a good experience with them during our buying process.

Bought a property from Oyster and rented with Oyster too! Very competitive fees and very personalised services. Gemma was very helpful, always updated on the progress and also gave advise where possible. Very happy with the services and would definately come back to Oyster in future.
