I am updating my review, after a horrible end of tenancy experience. To summarize.. the viewing and original letting experience was very good, the renewal process and regular maintenance was poor and end of tenancy was horrible.

Exceptional customer support from the Oyster Letting group. Prompt, precise and supportive all the way. They met and exceeded my expectations.
