I had a positive experience with Dean. Me and my husband looking for property for a long time and had very stressful experiences in past. It feels like not trusting any agents. When we met Dean, I felt yes, he is very hardworking and helpful. We are still in the process, but he is always honest with us. He understands how ppl feel and struggle to get a house in London. Overall, very humble and understanding. He helped us whenever he can and when not he have given the support of his colleagues.
