Really nice experience so far, which is rare for agencies. I started my tenancy on the 04jul23 and the communication with the agent (Gemma)/agency has been very good. Based on my previous experiences with other agencies, Oyster has shown transparency and care for the tenants - they are very prompt in responding queries and sending info. I’ll update if I have any issues later on, but the property I moved into was pretty well taken care off, so I believe everything will go smoothly. I’ve logged 1 issue through the property management system and the response was pretty quick. Update: It’s been a year and the agency is still very good in my opinion. They follow up with the tenants concerns. The renewal process was smooth and they took care of everything. Communication was good.
