Poor service by an established brand

A market appraisal was done quickly but their lettings team is terrible with communication. Emails are not answered, messages left with colleagues are never responded to. The lettings manager is never available unless you happen to catch him picking up the call! I was recommended as a friend had a good experience with sales, but their lettings division is awful..
