Well where do I start... from the minute Gary came to put our house up for sale to the day after completion we have nothing but positive things to say about JW Wood and their staff at the Darlington Branch. Gary (manager) and Sue (area manager) have taken on roles of advisors, counsellors, and friends throughout the whole process. Having just completed and exchanged for the sale of my house, I just wanted to say the biggest Thank you. From start to finish the staff have made this process so easy and hassle free. Liam in the Darlington branch was always so polite and friendly when contacting me and arranging bookings, nothing felt too much trouble. Once an offer was accepted, Jill was my contact and I cannot rate her enough. Each week I would get a call giving me an update, even if it was just to say no update. She made the effort to ask if I was ok and how I was feeling, always offering extra help. Jill has called me today to confirm completion and I have to say, I'll be quite sad not to speak to her each week now!
