I found the whole team of Frost - Staines who looked after the sale of our house very helpful and dedicated to understanding our needs, scheduling viewings and tuning their sales pitch accordingly. They were very helpful in presenting to us the market conditions and discussing our options in general as well as with respect to particular prospective buyers. These are challenging times in the housing market (at least for sellers in the South-East) and the process of buying and selling is complicated enough for problems to arise in the smoothest of transactions.
