If there were more than 5 stars I'd give Claire at Ewemove them all! We had an amazing service from the whole team of this branch of Ewemove. From our first interactions with Jonathan months before our sale we knew we wanted to use their service- compared to others the level of personalised and timely response helped build trust. Once we were ready to sell we were allocated Claire- this woman is absolutely amazingly. Full continuity of agent was provided, flexible contact times and a group WhatsApp between the 3 of us really made the most stressful part of the journey a breeze. Claire has alot of experience in this market but also the legal side which compliments her understanding of the process. Every interaction was a joy. We can't think of a better and more trusted person to go through this with- if you are not sure who to go with yet give Ewemove a call and see for yourself the level of friendly reassurance you get in those early interactions. Claire sold the property and was absolutely brilliant every step of the way. She helped with all of our questions and was very knowledgeable and professional, going above and beyond due to the location of the property and issues with accessibility. We've had a quite a few road bumps along the way but despite these Claire kept things moving along. We would highly recommend Claire at Ewemove - she knows the community, is very trustworthy and has been a 'star' throughout the whole process. Rachel, my other half, has not quite as many years as me (she's a little more fresh faced - so she thinks!) but equally with sales and customer service background, now turned passionate HR professional. Her love for property comes from the story behind why we started. So why did we start this....because of our own personal experiences of the industry. Property, the biggest purchase of our life time, right? You wouldn't buy a car from a garage that didn't offer a test drive, or go on holiday to a resort that didn't clean the pool, would you? So, why stand for an average service when it comes to property? We have been the tenant with no heating, the landlord trying to get the heating fixed, the seller unsupported in a tricky sale and the buyer not contacted from offer to key collection. We know how to do it better, so don't stand for less!
