Mike was great when we met him and so we plumped for him, not without a bit of trepidation as we saw various other agents who were more traditional in their approach and attitudes. I needn't have worried though... from the off, he was superb. Fantastic promotion of the house, fantastic responsiveness to even the smallest question, seemed to work all the hours of the day, nothing was too much trouble and just a thoroughly lovely guy. And the house sold in record time, I'm sure because of his vigorous and committed promotion and support for potential vendors.
