I’ve just sold my property using Fraser and Wheeler. After meeting various estate agents for valuations these guys were by far the best and most personable, Chris came out to see the property and he was really friendly and seemed to know his stuff! The viewings were handled professionally and I was kept up to date regularly by phone. This was especially helpful for me as I wasn’t living in the property at the time. They were honest about what they thought we should do re price and didn’t push me into dropping the price. The negotiations and sale was made very easy with Amy in the office, she explained all the ins and outs so I knew what was happening and they didn’t need any prompting to contact solicitors to find out what was going on throughout the process on both sides! 5/5 would 100% recommend them to anyone buying or selling in Exeter!

Chris and his team provided a very professional service when we sold our property earlier this year. We had a dedicated member of the team to keep us up to date with progress on a regular basis.
