We were buying our first property and chose to go with Thomas Morris’ own solicitors which I believe they outsource to Simply Conveyancing. The whole process took a really long time considering we had no chain on either side, and I believe it would have taken so much longer had it not been for Jenny! She was a wonderful progressor and really tried her hardest to keep everyone on track and when I expressed my concern over how long the process was taking she immediately became super transparent with us and began taking over chasing all the parties. She was honest and open with us and I felt like she was really fighting our corner. Out of everyone in the process she made a huge impact for us. I cannot thank her enough!

I rented via Thomas Morris for three years and had only positive experiences. All inspections were carried out well and any issues followed up quickly.
