I just want to say a massive Thank you to Thomas Morris From the team in Royston office to their head office they have been fantastic In particular my Landlord Peter and a lady called Sharon from head office Together myself and the team have made this journey a lot easier - I believe if you are kind to others they will be kind to you and I can promise you all that these people are some of the kindest people I have ever had to deal with They have given me nothing but support since I have lost my job because I became unwell and in return lost my home I wasn’t able to afford to live in the property anymore and extremely distressed about this They reassured me and helped me every step of the way to ensure I was able to leave with the least stress possible Every phone call and every email sent was responded to immediately , professionally and with kindness even at night time they would email back if they could They worked tirelessly to ensure I was not left with lots of arrears and ensure I had some money to come away with as I have lost everything Any problems I had they treated me with the utter most respect and understanding I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am that I had them to support me through this tough time Not only all of this they would come and do inspections 6 monthly and always friendly , they considered letting me have a pet which really helped my emotional state , when ever there was a problem- ie the sink leaked once they send someone out straight away I would highly recommend Thomas Morris they go above and beyond for their tenants
