I found myself in a difficult position in the run up to Christmas when the tenants left with no warning or notice given, and the property required a top to bottom redecoration and deep clean to get back on the market as fast as possible. Sheetal was exceptionally supportive and knowledgeable, advising on and liaising with contractors to get the necessary work done as fast as possible. She really went above and beyond to help turn a difficult situation into a really enjoyable and positive experience. Chloe was extremely helpful with advice and guidance in handling the abrupt departure of the tenant and in the process of remarketing the property. In addition, her efficient handling of property marketing, booking viewings, and progressing application paperwork and financials meant the new tenant was able to move in just a week after viewing, and just two months after the last tenant left.
