Freya was on time and was very helpful and informative. She allowed us plenty of time to look around. After we left she noticed we were returning for a further look and came back to help which was very considerate. We found the bungalow a bit small but have not completely ruled it out. Luisa Dino was of invaluable help in resolving two maintenance issues that both arose at the same time. She liaised with my landlord to secure permission for urgent repair work to be carried out and arranged for a plumber to call (on a Saturday!) who solved the problem in minutes.
