Really great experience with in house letting. John made time to show us around 4 properties at very short notice and really made an effort to understand what we were wanting rather than sell just anything like many other lettings agents we came across. We had a extremely productive day and put an offer down on the day. The move in went smoothly too and we are looking forward to working with them as our property management! Great service!

Phil, Dianne and the rest of the In House Team were both professional and responsive and great to deal with. They sold my property during the Covid-19 restrictions so not an easy time for anyone in business but they got the sale over the line. Would recommend for their local knowledge and that they kept me informed of progress with the sale.

Yesterday we completed the sale on our House. I am sure in the current climate that being an estate agent can't be easy and buyers hard to come by. Phil at InHouse was absolutely first class, when showing our buyer around a different house he realised that our house would be perfect for what the buyer was looking for. After a couple of viewings an offer was received that was acceptable to all. Phil has been professional throughout the sale of our house keeping me informed an up to date without overdoing it.
