Now the thing that sets JB&BLeach above the rest is not only the capability of the Head Manager Danielle Whitby but also her supporting staff Emma, Heather & team. I was very thorough and mystery shopped the other potentials and did not like what I found. Promising young, dynamic sales staff with all the IT sales video promotions but when I mystery shopped they were happily eating their lunch and ignoring me. Not so at JB&B Leach. Fully professional. Once I had engaged their services they guided me to an above expected sale fo plus 21k. superb service. Completely recommrnd. Oh where do I start Danielle when we first met felt as a manager a very warm lady and cheerful made myself and my mum feel relaxed in her company very informative and helpful with loosing my late Auntie and my mum's sister which was a very difficult time for us helped us each step of the way I never sold a house before . Also help from Katherine also helped to get things moving behind the scenes and also the rest of the team I felt comfortable and put faith in Danielle and Katherine and the team and trust and I am most happy that I chose JB Leach.
