I can???t rate JB&B Leach highly enough, we???ve had more help and interaction with them, who we???re buying a property off than the Estate Agent who is selling ours. With JB&B Leach nothing is too much trouble and they???re always there to help, they???re efficient, professional and friendly and they know it???s a stressful time selling and buying so go out of their way to put your mind at ease, making you feel calmer. My one regret is I never got them to sell ours, but you live and learn, so my advice to you would be if you???re looking for an Estate Agent to buy or sell your house with, I can???t recommend JB&B Leach highly enough.

Excellent service, very quick and organised and tend to offer viewings within days unlike competitors. Heather that took my last two viewings is always professional and happy, during the last viewing she did a wonderful job of putting the existing tenant at ease knowing it must be a very unsettling time for them. I'd definetly consider this estate agent to sell my next property.
