Fantastic service. smooth and stress free!
Nicky and Nick were a pleasure to do business with, they are both genuine and friendly and as a small agency you get top personal service. North Estates - look nowhere else
My experience of Nick and Nick and attention paid to selling my property. y was outstanding, from the professionalism of their valuation to the arrangements made for b=viewings, the feedback from these and the focus on getting my property sold. Their work did not end at the offer. Their approach to negotiating an acceptable offer and seeing that though to contact was all that I would have expected. My wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending Nick and Nicky.

Friendly, professional and efficient Estate Agents!
Went for several viewings all in one day with Nicky. She was brilliant; very friendly and enthusiastic. Adjusted our viewing times on the spot because we had other viewings that fell through, and was very informative about the houses and St Albans in general. She even got us follow her car on a busy Saturday afternoon to avoid the traffic by the high street - we are new to St Albans and didn't really know our way around at that point! All of the houses on their website are presented really well, and all the ones we saw were a true reflection of the ads online. In fact, the one we ended up buying was even nicer in person. I particularly like the 360 viewing tool that they offer via Rightmove. Once the sale was underway, Nick kept on top of emails and chasing up solicitors. They always answered promptly and I was impressed with how well they kept tabs on the entire purchase which went on for 3 months. I would highly recommend these Estate Agents. If we are ever to sell or buy again, I hope they are still around.

They know the St Albans housing market...
Nicky and Nick show great professionalism, knowledge, are trustworthy and work incredibly hard to deliver results. Being a small independent agent meant we got excellent individual attention, which we found to be incredibly supportive during a stressful time.

Fantastic!
I don't usually review anything but North Estates were fantastic from start to finish so I felt I had to! We dealt with Nick, who was polite, patient, understanding and very very helpful.. We had a tight deadline and he made it happen.. We would definitely think of using them again if we ever sell.the property.

Recommended without hesitation
Nick and Nicky provided an excellent service for selling my house in St Albans. They were very knowledgeable about the local market and consequently quick to find a buyer. They kept me regularly updated and I never needed to ask what was going on. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Brillant estate agent for first time buyers
North Estates were a great help with our move. Not only providing a lovely property for sale but keeping us up to date throughout the whole process. North Estates were a great support for us as first time buyers and nothing was ever too much trouble. Their customer service and quick response times helped keep our our minds at rest throughout the purchase. Couldn't have asked for a better agent to help us with our first purchase.

Great service from North Estates
North Estates are a great estate agent who give you quality & great service at a reasonable price. Nick & Nicky pride themselves on giving you a bespoke service which can only be achieved by an independent agent. They acted for us in our sale & purchase & were always available when needed.
