Pleasingly good service

Having returned from abroad after several years abroad, my own home is let and so needed to rent a place myself. The first flat I found on the internet was with My Place in Cornwall. It seemed perfect. I enquired and viewed the place the next day. It was perfect. I applied for it immediately and two weeks later paperwork was done, I was confirmed as the tenant and they even negotiated the perfect moving in date for me. Efficient, friendly, obliging. We started using My Place in Cornwall when we were looking to rent a home in Cornwall, before buying. Lisa, from My Place in Cornwall worked really hard to fulfil our brief and did an excellent job locating the perfect home for our adventure in Cornwall. We have now purchased a property which we are in the process of refurbishing and Lisa has once again been a real help in guiding the work we do and helping us find great reliable trades. We had regular updates, were kept well informed of all that was happening and were guided through the whole process, including: initial viewings, offers, negotiations, solicitors (poor, overworked souls), signing of contracts and completion, all with courtesy, efficiency and (quite importantly) humour. These things are not easy for those of us who only move house infrequently and it was made a far less trying experience, thanks to My Place In Cornwall (Candice was our main contact).
