I wish I could give zero stars. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever rented from. They are completely unresponsive to messages and show no concern for tenants’ interests. During our tenancy, we reported a broken tap and a severely damaged outdoor fence. They sent a contractor who confirmed the repairs were necessary, but nothing was ever done. No follow-up, no communication, no repairs. When we moved out, however, they were quick to try and claim money for alleged damages. I didn’t dispute it because I just wanted my deposit back. They didn’t even carry out the end-of-tenancy inspection until two weeks after we had vacated the property. To make matters worse, they’re not even based in the UK, their main business appears to be in Spain which is their main focus. Avoid this company at all costs. Save yourself the stress and choose a reputable agent instead.

I’ve been with QPS for 5 years, and I have never encountered such a shocking level of professional incompetence anywhere else. Communication is virtually non-existent — they rarely respond to emails, if at all. Their expectations are sky-high, yet they don’t even bother to reply when you reach out with a request. They’re incapable of scheduling an appointment properly, or they send out technicians without any prior notice or agreement. The attitude of the staff is unbearably arrogant and dismissive — it has reached an intolerable level. If you have the choice, stay far away from QPS

I’ve been dealing with QPS for 5 years, and I have never seen such a lack of professionalism in any company I’ve worked with. Their communication is practically non-existent — most emails go unanswered. They expect a lot, but when you have a request or a question, they won’t even acknowledge it. They’re unable to agree on simple appointments, or worse — they send out a technician without consulting you at all. The staff’s attitude is unbelievably careless and condescending, and it's become completely unacceptable. Honestly, if you can avoid them, do so — this company is not worth the frustration.

Avoid Avoid Avoid! The good reviews on here are trying to hide the bad ones. We have been with QPS for over 2 years now, they have been so terrible at every turn. They will find any way possible to get money from you. They are very hard to get out to fix problems with the property. They are clearly understaffed. They go against their word, have attended the property without notice and are generally very unhelpful people. Update: We appealed against their ridiculous ‘cleaning’ and ‘repair’ charges, and we were awarded almost all of it back.

QPS were intially helpful and friendly, but then demonstrated very poor ethics by continuing to carry out viewings on the property after my offer had been accepted. Very disappointing and frustrating.
