As Munton Russell could not fault, as Belvoir more commercial feel like a number not a person

I recently interacted with them as part of a house purchase. Overall I feel disappointed with the whole experience. My main reasons for this are that they did not follow through on their commitments and did not tell the truth with regards to outstanding activity and why issues were arising / taking a long time to resolve. Not on every occasion but on most I would have to chase them only to be told someone would look into it and call me back. On numerous occasions they did not. I am still waiting payment for moneys owed to me for which there is no dispute over, I will just no doubt have to keep chasing them. Overall they lived up to the stereotype of estate agents of adding very little value to the house purchase process. I would not use them again if I could avoid it.

Wrongly listed my house as a 1 bedroom house when put on the market for sale. This no doubt affected the interest to buy my property.

They didnt show up to the viewing or notify me I will be shown round by the current tenants.. Putting at risk a disabled childs life from covid.. says it all really
