I had the opportunity to visit a property and being accompanied by Mr Mitchell Moss. I cannot stress more how helpful, professional and friendly he was, from before the viewing to the last goodbye. Mr Moss kept a very efficient communication with me at all time, answering my email enquiries in less than an hour, always. He was professional and cortes. The property was mistakenly taken off the market and on again but he was there, reassuring that everything was fine. On the day of the viewing, he was waiting for me, he knew my name and said it properly (what a satisfaction). He was very helpful, giving relevant information about the house, and answering my questions. I know that under this difficult situation (covid), it is not very easy to do a viewing, but he was always a step in front of me, opening every door for me, showing every cabinet and talking about extension opportunity, etc. Even after the view, he asked me to please send him any question about the property as I would have his professional email. He was polite, appropriately dressed, wearing a face mask, and I felt comfortable at all time. To sum up, even though I would not make an offer on the property for different reasons, I will not doubt to contact him again as soon as I find a property suitable to my needs.

Renting in Bristol is tough at the time of writing, and had been looking for at least 3 Months. I have applied to many properties and state agents with many of them not replying to my messages, moving and cancelling viewings as they wished in a very disrespectful manner. A lot of them ask to complete long forms with all your personal information and even ask for bank statements just to apply for the property. At CJ Hole the process was easy as replying an email with just a few details and the response was very quick after that. My experience by email and phone with their staff was always positive and friendly which really makes a difference when finding a place to live in.
