Carmelo and Ethan have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of renting our flat. They were very professional, always responsive to any queries, and made everything clear and straightforward. What really stood out was their friendly and positive attitude – always with a smile and ready to help. Renting can sometimes feel stressful, but with Carmelo and Ethan, it has been smooth and reassuring. We cannot wait to move into our new house. Highly recommend them!

Max at the southville branch of lettings was fantastic 5 Stars from start to finish he worked very hard and make sure we were in on a date that was suitable for us and helped with any issues that need to be fixed also explained things clearly that we did not understand thanks MAX Ethan was great to and the team and Carmelo was great as well
